Very pleased with the quality of these non slip treads. During inclement weather, our wood stairs can send us on a triple Salchow for which I do not have the skills or training, resulting in an undesirable tumble and flop. Avoiding 911 calls and someone else brushing my hair for me, is the going to be the outcome with this grippers under foot.

It is difficult finding step covers as I couldn't find much of a likeable selection. So glad they had these and whole family loves them. I just got new wood strep treads, painted edges, and glued everything down over old tile steps. Easy. Most importantly they look so nice, professional and safe. Had to wait delivery a couple of weeks but it was worth it. Manufacturer also has different colors!

We love the stair treads. So far, we have only attached them with construction adhesive, but it is working fine. They are sturdy, attractive, and will keep us from slipping on the wood steps. What would make them better is for them to be a little deeper and to come in more sizes. Our steps are 42� wide, and so because of the diamond pattern, we had to cut off nearly 3� from both sides of each tread. They would look better if the didn�t need to be cut.

I bought and installed fourteen of these three years ago, for a heavy trafficked by boarded construction workers stair well, and they have performed perfectly. No visible wear or damage and they still look great. So I decided to buy the same thing again for basement staircase that is intended for the construction crew to change boots and clothes before entering the boarding house. I can�t speak more highly of this product.

Just bought this to put in new wooden step and found it very easy to do it! Im positive it will definitely help prevent slipping during winter months

Installed on Rear Entrance stairwell in our restaurant. Bought these to replace commercial rubber stair treads that lasted only 7 years. The treads have been installed for about 4-6 weeks as of April 22, 2021. Very happy with the initial quality and ease on installation. We used contact cement and 6 stainless screws to install. Cut easily with a grinder. We only had to trim a few steps be less then half inch. I'm sure any saw would have worked. Because of aggressive anti-slip design, we use a scrub brush to get in the deep pointy grooves. It seems that the composite material that is used will last & look good for the long term. We are happy with the traction & feel of the steps. Our customers are giving many compliments and seemed to be impressed with the treads. Hopefully I remember to do long term updates. Look great and provide very safe footing. Almost through the winter and they are holding up very well. Snow brushes right off. Get lots of compliments on these. Very easy to hammer right in the wooden deck stairs. Wish they came in a shorter length for the back stairs.

Treads are beautiful. Sturdy and easy to cut. I love the look.

These treads far exceeded my expectations and surpassed any safety step product I've ever seen or used. Even with more than an inch of snow, in otherwise very slippery conditions, stepping on the tread with a smooth sole, the shoe went through the snow and gripped very effectively. It was also not at all necessary to use glue, at least not for our wood steps. We liked them so much that I bought another 10 pieces for our other stairs.

These treads brought old slippery steps back to new and with a firm footing grip. I put these over a set of old outdoor steps that would become super slick during periods of rain and snow. After installing the treads, I go up and down the steps with barely any worry of slipping. This is well worth the purchase if you value your health and safety around the home.

I installed these sturdy, attractive vinyl stair covers to replace the carpet wrapped stairs I had for years. My beloved cats and dog destroyed the carpet because they used it as a scratching post. These vinyl covers are perfect. They were easy to install using construction adhesive. They cut easily and cleanly with a power saw. I used a table saw; but, any power saw could be used. These stair covers are well made, attractive, durable, and easy to install. I recommend them highly, without reservations. Mine have been installed for two weeks and they clearly surpass my expectations.

Very easy to trim to size and install. I put these over wooden deck stairs that get slippery when it rains or snows and I haven't had any problems since putting them on. They have remained non-slip through a couple of snowfalls and melting/freezing.

Very beautiful. Met my needs. I love the design. It great for the high traffic area for which I used them. I actually plan to purchase 2 more to have as extras. The only downside is that they are fragile. But I'm still getting more of them.

Bought 3 of these 2 months ago to cover my 2 wooden garage steps plus the edge of the landing. The treads were easy to cut with my table saw using a fine cross cut blade (10 inch 60 tooth). Made some small cuts with a jigsaw (fine blade) with no problems. Trimmed them to make sure there was no overhang past the back of the steps to avoid any snapping or snagging of such overhang. Set with construction adhesive as per the instructions which worked very well. My wife complained that the tread was somewhat "pokey" on her bare feet - told her it's a GARAGE, put on some slippers! Would have given 5 stars but 2 of the steps arrived with damaged corners due to shipping (box is labelled FRAGILE). Luckily I was able to trim the damaged corners for my application. I may buy some more for my outdoor concrete steps which are starting to wear.

I still have to trim and fasten and was looking to see if screws are okay to use. instructions call for "fasteners" which is pretty vague.

If these last a few years and take the beating, I'd give it a 5 star rating. I put them down with 10 screws (predrill holes) on the back and front to make sure they didn't pop up or catch anyone's shoe. Didn't use any adhesive since I will have to replace treads in the near future on a few steps. If it saves people from falling down the front steps then it's totally worth it. Glad I was able to find a product like this.

es, I have loved this product. I installed it over brick paver front steps that were not holding up to the weather. The were easy to install and look nice over the brick. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to update their steps.

This product is sturdy and attractive as advertised. I am going to return it though because my project is to build hot tub steps and this pattern is very uncomfortable on bare feet. Very slip-proof though! I just don't think it fits my project.
