Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Time
All regular orders (does not include custom cuts) are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing time for any custom cut orders are 1-2 weeks. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If ComposiGrip is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed up to 7 business days. Please allow for additional days in transit delivery. If there is a significant delay of the shipment for your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.
Please note: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we may need to change your selected shipping method. We will contact you if necessary.

Overnight delivery is not available on any ComposiGrip Non-Slip Stair Treads. All Custom Cut Orders are shipped from Guelph, Ontario
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
ComposiGrip does not ship to any P.O. Boxes within the Canada, U.S., U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your ComposiGrip Non Slip Stair Treads order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes and Shipping Charges
ComposiGrip is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes, shipping etc.)
Damages
ComposiGrip is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged please contact the courier to file a claim.
Please save all packing materials and damaged good before filing a claim.
