Refund policy
ComposiGrip offers a 30-day return policy (excludes custom cuts)* , meaning you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your ComposiGrip Non-Slip Stair Tread must be in the same condition that you received it; clean, unused and without scuff marks and must be in its original packaging. To return your ComposiGrip Non-Slip Stair Tread you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, contact info@composigrip.com with “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line, and the details of your reason for return in the email body. Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, you will be sent instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Items sent back to ComposiGrip without following the above procedure will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your ComposiGrip Non-Slip Stair Tread upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
Exchange
If you have changed your mind about your ComposiGrip Non-Slip Stair Tread and wish to exchange it for another item, please return the original item purchased (No exchange on custom cuts)*. Once the return has been processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once received, we will inspect your returned item and notify you whether the return has been accepted or not and if a refund will be issued. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied on your original payment method. It is the responsibility of the customer to bear the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund to your account.
