Sizes: Standard lengths of 4ft.
Inserts: Attached or unattached (unattached inserts can be installed later to ensure cleanliness and prevent damage during construction); installed with premium polyurethane adhesive.
Protective Tape: Clear tape wraps around the product during installation; remove by cutting and peeling the tape.
Weight: 0.494 lbs/ft.
Aluminum Finish: 6063-T5 mill finish aluminum with a clear acrylic lacquer finish to prevent corrosion.

It is difficult finding step covers as I couldn't find much of a likeable selection. So glad they had these and whole family loves them. I just got new wood strep treads, painted edges, and glued everything down over old tile steps. Easy. Most importantly they look so nice, professional and safe. Had to wait delivery a couple of weeks but it was worth it. Manufacturer also has different colors!

We love the stair treads. So far, we have only attached them with construction adhesive, but it is working fine. They are sturdy, attractive, and will keep us from slipping on the wood steps. What would make them better is for them to be a little deeper and to come in more sizes. Our steps are 42� wide, and so because of the diamond pattern, we had to cut off nearly 3� from both sides of each tread. They would look better if the didn�t need to be cut.

I bought and installed fourteen of these three years ago, for a heavy trafficked by boarded construction workers stair well, and they have performed perfectly. No visible wear or damage and they still look great. So I decided to buy the same thing again for basement staircase that is intended for the construction crew to change boots and clothes before entering the boarding house. I can�t speak more highly of this product.
They arrived quickly and they look good. They have not been installed yet until November so I can not yet comment on how well that goes. Until then I have to go with 4 stars and reserve 5 stars if all goes well.
The roof drips on my rear wooden stair treads requiring replacement. If the composite covers work as intended I will be very happy. Meanwhile they fit right and look good.
